The launch of Dubai Square has recently been announced by Dubai Holding and Emaar Properties which is a new retail and dining destination that is being constructed at Dubai Creek Harbour.
What Is It
If you feel Dubai mall is super huge then wait for the new project Dubai Square. A new retail metropolis in Dubai Creek Harbour is going to be more than twice the gross leasable area of The Dubai Mall. It’s is going to be spread across 3 levels which are going to be the equivalent of more than 100 football pitches.

Whats In It
The Dubai Square will have 750,000 square metres (8.07 million sq ft) of gross floor retail space that will be spread across 2.6m square metre retail, hospitality and residential district. According to Mohammad Alabbar, chairman and CEO of Emaar Properties, the project is expected to cost $2.7bn. It is going to have a transparent rooftop, shopfront windows that will give a sensory visitor experience. To make the customer experience even better special LED technology will drive interactive and impactful backdrops. The Dubai Square will also be home to the Middle East’s largest of its kind Chinatown.

Mohamed Alabbar, chairman, Emaar Properties, said: “Dubai Square disrupts the traditional mall and retail experience.
