Well, UB City Mall in Bengaluru has clearly become the talk of the town for its premium parking charges of ₹1,000 per hour. Should we be shocked?

Taking to the X (formerly Twitter) platform, Ishan Vaish (@thatishan) shared the currently viral picture of the premium parking charge at this Bengaluru mall.

UB City Mall is a famous establishment in the Karnataka capital and welcomes thousands of visitors every day. It is known as the first luxury mall in India. Well, more than its popularity, its premium parking charge is grabbing everyone’s attention and making all the headlines. Recently, the picture of the parking fee stand started going viral on social media platforms and most people are quite surprised to see how a mall is charging ₹1,000 to park a car for 60 minutes. The sign board is clearly making waves on the X platform.

There are spaces and services for both regular and premium parking at the UB City Mall. But most of us are unsure about the striking differences in the charges and the facilities provided in these places.
