Hold onto your shopping bags, because Al Khawaneej is about to get a major upgrade! Dubai’s retail scene is set for a significant enhancement with the upcoming Al Khawaneej Mall. This new addition, boasting an investment of AED 40 million, promises to offer a diverse shopping experience in a sustainable environment.

Al Khawaneej Mall, Where Eco-Friendly Extravaganza Meets Community Spirit

A colossal Dh40 million commercial complex is on its way, and it’s set to transform the neighbourhood into a buzzing hub of activity. Spanning a whopping 165,000 square feet, this new mall promises not just a shopping spree but an eco-friendly extravaganza with a side of community charm.

More Than Just A Mall: What To Expect

This new mall is not your run-of-the-mill shopping centre. With 29 shops, a sprawling shopping area, a state-of-the-art medical centre, trendy restaurants, and a top-notch fitness centre, it’s the ultimate destination for retail therapy, wellness, and dining. But wait, there’s more! The developers are ensuring that this mall is not only big on shopping but also big on green. The construction is 17% complete and follows international green building standards. Expect eco-friendly materials, cutting-edge energy-saving technologies, and a general vibe that’s as kind to the environment as it is to your shopping habits.

Here’s the cherry on top: the mall’s revenue is set to support a noble cause. Thanks to Dubai’s ‘Mosques Endowment’ campaign, Dh8 million of the annual revenue will be allocated to the maintenance and construction of 50 mosques. That’s right—every time you splurge on a new outfit or grab a bite to eat, you’re also contributing to a cause that supports places of worship across the city.

A Call to Action for Green and Giving

When this fantastic project was first announced, Ali Al Mutawa, Secretary General of the Endowments and Minors’ Affairs Trust Foundation in Dubai (AWQAF Dubai), encouraged both groups and individuals to contribute. All donors will receive a special nod of appreciation as major supporters of this green and generous initiative.

So, mark your calendars and get ready to experience Al Khawaneej’s latest marvel. This mall isn’t just about retail therapy; it’s about indulging in style while giving back and doing good. With its impressive green credentials and community-focused revenue model, it’s set to become a landmark of both luxury and philanthropy.
