Unveiling the Hilton Marvel: A Sky Pool Extravaganza

As of December 19, 2023, Marjan, the esteemed RAK developer, announced the inception of a 5-star Hilton hotel, adding to the island’s repertoire of upscale accommodations. While the specific Hilton brand is yet to be revealed, the anticipation for an LXR, Canopy, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, Signia, Curio, or another esteemed Hilton experience is palpable. The location, star rating, architects, and the elimination of other Hilton brands in the vicinity are all factors fueling the speculation.

What We Know So Far

Constructed by M Hospitality, the upcoming Hilton Marvel is designed to boast 410 rooms, including 350 hotel rooms and 60 exclusive residences. The pinnacle of this architectural gem is the Northern Emirates’ highest 360-degree sky pool, offering a panoramic retreat for leisure seekers. Beyond the breathtaking sky-high pool, the envisioned floorplan unfolds to reveal an executive lounge, three exquisite dining outlets, recreational facilities, and a state-of-the-art convention centre.

Architect Abdulla Al Abdouli, the Chief Executive Officer of Marjan, expresses excitement about the transformative impact of the new Hilton property on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island. He states that their latest Hilton property will usher in a new era of luxury living on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island.  The collaboration with M Hospitality is expected to significantly elevate the lifestyle offerings for the discerning clientele on the island.

Future Marvels in the Pipeline

The unveiling of the Hilton property is just one part of the grand vision for Al Marjan Island. In the ambitious pipeline are names that echo opulence and exclusivity. These include a Rove Hotel, Le Meridien Marjan Island Resort & Spa, the UAE’s second Earth Shore, Nikki Beach branded residences, and a Nobu Hotel. Also, don’t forget the much-anticipated UAE’s first confirmed casino, Wynn Al Marjan Island. Each project adds to the allure of Al Marjan.
