A lot of us are probably guilty of dreaming of exploring new countries with our loved ones or even alone. And some actually go ahead and realise this dream. As it happens, Meenakshi Das, an Indian woman solo bike rider is also realising her dream of travelling across 67 countries. Currently, she is in Saudi Arabia to realise her travel dream!

Meenakshi Das, Reaches Dubai To Begin Her Solo Riding Journey

Finding immense support in Dubai’s Assamese & Riding community, Meenakshi Das is realising her dream of travelling across 67 countries. Yes, in a report by Khaleej Times, it was mentioned that she is not just an ordinary tourist, as she also plans to cover other countries all alone. Mother to a 14-year-old, she hails from India’s remote Northeast region. After starting a journey from her hometown, Guwahati in Assam on December 18, she first rode to Kathmandu in Nepal.

She Plans To Cover 67 Countries, Including Iraq & Georgia

After this trip, this Indian rider covered more than 2,000 km to Mumbai before taking a flight to Dubai! Now from here onwards, she has begun the most challenging part of her journey. Yes, with this, she will be travelling to other Middle Eastern countries, besides those in Europe and Asia. Yes, she will cover Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Georgia, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Serbia, Netherlands, Russia, China, and France, to name some nations. Additionally, she has already reached Saudi Arabia, according to her Instagram update! In case you’re wondering, she’s riding her Bajaj Dominar 400 and is attempting to write her name in the history books. Yes, she aims to become the first Indian rider – male or female – to ride solo in over 60 countries.

With a plan to return to Guwahati in November, she is approximately going to take 11 months to successfully complete her journey. Truly living her life to the fullest, the biking enthusiast, Meenakshi Das is certainly setting examples for travellers around the world. And she is showcasing to people that if they have the will, no dream is impossible.
