A 264-guestroom DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Naeem Is Coming In 2025

The Middle East is the epitome of luxury living. The region acquired its status in the last few years. Multiple groups in the hotel industry have engraved their name on this region’s growth table. One such name is Hilton Hospitality. The brand is the ultimate symbol of luxury globally and its presence in the Middle East is remarkable. But they ain’t satisfied and are upcoming with more such surprising ventures.

Hilton Announced The DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Naeem

As Hilton approaches its 100th year, the group has nearly 30,000 rooms planned for the MENA region. The news confirmation came right after the Sheikh Ahmed Al Wadie management contract signing.  The 264-guestroom hotel, which will open in 2025, will have more than 850 square meters of conference space. This is in addition to its prime neighborhood on Prince Sultan Road.

Brand Expansion In Saudi And Other Parts Of The Middle East

The opening of Waldorf Astoria in Dubai is due this year. Hilton plans to have three additional hotels opening in Ras Al Khaimah, This includes a Conrad, Hampton by Hilton, and DoubleTree by Hilton Residence. When Hilton Tangier Al Houara Property & Spa launches later this month, Hilton will continue to develop more properties throughout the MENA, including Egypt. They also have plans to start a trademark resort in Morocco.

Currently, MENA has 64 hotels registered under the brand Hilton. In the next three to five years, Hilton plans to considerably expand its market penetration in the Middle East.

Hilton continues to enlarge its presence in Saudi Arabia, where new hotels are opening up. The DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Financial District, which began receiving guests already this year, will also be a part. In other parts of the region, the re-entry of the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand into the Kingdom was in talks due to the launch in August of Hilton Bahrain.
