What Else?

Ever thought you could workout while hanging upside down? Dubai makes this too possible! Swing yoga is the cool new workout that lets you tone your body while learning to balance against gravity.

The aerial yoga lets you hang inside hammocks that are suspended from the ceiling. The movement causes your body to stretch and tone. Sounds easy? Well, you’ve got to try it before you think so! Although this may sound like the laziest workout ever, trust us, the benefits are as good as a normal yoga session.

INSPIRE at Al Manara conducts aerial yoga sessions and here’s all the information you will need to make up your mind before you hang upside down.

What Happens In The Class?

Firstly, the aerial yoga class turns all that you know about yoga upside down. The class starts with some mat-based warmups before you docking into the hammock. Participants move against gravity while being suspended from a fabric swing. Expect to swing in any direction when your hanging in there- vertical, horizontal, and everything in between. And once you’re comfortable, you can try some back bends too.

Benefits Of Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga causes the muscles to stretch and strengthen with less effort. The suspended therapy also boosts blood circulation, relieves muscular tension and pain, and boosts energy levels and flexibility. Tightening of skin, a slimmer waistline, and relief from muscular spasms are the other benefits you will reap.
