The Bulgari Lighthouse unit for Dh410 million was beaten by the penthouse in Marsa Al Arab. A unit in the Marsa Al Arab Hotel, which is still under construction, has sold for Dh420 million. It sums up to Dh17,000 per square foot. This becomes the priciest flat ever sold in Dubai.
Taieser Al Saati, Executive Partner at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, executed the deal. The agreement surpasses the results of the sale of an apartment at the Bulgari Lighthouse for Dh410 million.
The largest floor penthouse is 24,628 square feet large. This residence’s 17,000 square feet of outdoor space includes a private pool and 360-degree views of the ocean.
