The Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility), in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Maritime under AD Ports Group, has officially launched the Al Aliah Island ferry terminal. This new hub isn’t just about boats and berths—it’s a game-changer for connectivity, making life easier for residents, workers, and visitors alike. Spanning 3,900 square metres, this state-of-the-art ferry terminal is more than just a docking spot, it’s a full-fledged transport facility. With a seating capacity for 60 passengers, dedicated berths for ro-ro vessels (roll-on/roll-off for the landlubbers), and modern infrastructure, the terminal is designed to ensure seamless movement of people and goods. It features an 80-square-metre office building, seven parking spaces, six truck slots, and crew accommodations, ensuring passengers and maritime professionals have everything they need for a hassle-free journey.
