Visitors Can Skip Taking A Booster Dosage.
According to DCT’s notification, a booster (third) dosage of any COVID-19 vaccination is not mandated for travellers to enter the emirate.

The explanation follows the publication of new requirements for UAE citizens. They must have a Green Pass on the AlHosn app with a valid 14-day PCR or a negative 96-hour test in order to visit Abu Dhabi. To enter the capital, residents must either take a booster shot or obtain a 96-hour PCR test result.
Vaccinated persons must produce confirmation of their entire immunisation using a smartphone app or a printed certificate. In addition, show a negative PCR test result from the previous 14 days.

At The Border, A Special Lane Has Been Designated For Tourists.
“DCT Abu Dhabi has designated the far-right lane (Lane 1) as a specific tourist lane. This is for people entering Abu Dhabi via the Dubai or Abu Dhabi Road entrance points. This lane also includes a designated guest service office and personnel to guarantee a smooth entry into the emirate. And to resolve any issues that may arise. Vaccinated tourists must provide confirmation of complete (double) vaccination status. Also, only a negative PCR test result received within the past 14 days will be eligible. Or a negative 48-hour PCR test obtained from the tourists’ home country will work. “Unvaccinated guests with a negative PCR test acquired within the past 96 hours” can enter, according to the criteria.
