1. Suspect From The Philippines Arrested At Mactan-Cebu International Airport
A man who was suspected of theft was arrested by personnel on September 8th after he arrived at Mactan-Cebu International Airport in Lapu-Lapu City from Dubai. According to the police, as revealed in a report by Gulf News, this passenger has been arrested and the warrant which was issued on July 13th.
2. Fog & Humidity To Return To The UAE
As revealed by NCM in the UAE, the country is set for another hot spell this Saturday. Temperatures may climb to 47°C from 45°C. Humid conditions may return overnight. There is even a chance of fog and mist in several parts of the country. As per the NCM, one can expect fair to partly cloudy weather and humidity is also expected to increase by night into a sunny morning.
3. Primark To Open Its First Saudi Store In Riyadh.
Primark has announced that it will be opening its first Saudi store at the Avenues Mall, which is in Riyadh. This will be in partnership with Al Shaya Group. Moreover, the mall is scheduled to open in March 2027. The store is opening at one of the major shopping and leisure destinations. With the launch in Saudi Arabia, Primark’s presence increases to five countries.

4. Saudia Opens Booking For Muscat-Riyadh Flight
Saudia recently announced that it will begin flights to Muscat from October 27th onwards. The flights, which will be operated three times a week between Riyadh and Muscat, have finally opened bookings online. You can make the bookings through the official Digital channels of Saudi, which include its website and mobile application. With travel from Muscat, they will be able to connect through a wide range of domestic and international destinations across the network of Saudi.
5. Crown Prince Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Arrives In India For 18th BRICS Summit

His Highness Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has arrived in India on behalf of the UAE President. He is visiting India to attend the 18th BRICS Summit, which is taking place in New Delhi. The summit is happening from September 12th to 13th.
