Formula 1 weekends in Abu Dhabi already come with traffic and excitement to keep Yas Island busy for days. But now there’s another reason people will probably rush to book tickets early. Imagine Dragons has officially been added to the 2026 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after-race concert line-up, with the band set to perform on Saturday, December 5.
Imagine Dragons Confirmed For Abu Dhabi F1 Concert Weekend In December
The concert will take place at Etihad Park during the race weekend at Yas Marina Circuit, which runs from December 3 to 6.
Imagine Dragons aren’t exactly new to UAE crowds. The band previously performed at Etihad Arena back in 2023, and the concert sold out quickly. Anyone who went probably remembers the drums shaking half the venue during “Radioactive”.
For many fans, their live shows are less about sitting quietly and more about a karaoke session with strangers for two hours straight.
The group is known for massive stage productions, heavy percussion and constant crowd interaction. Also, they have the kind of songs almost everyone accidentally knows, even if they insist they don’t listen to pop rock.
“Believer”, “Thunder”, “Demons” and “Radioactive” will almost certainly make the setlist.
More Big Artists Are Joining The F1 Weekend
Imagine Dragons won’t be the only international act performing during the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend.
Organisers have already confirmed Lewis Capaldi and Zara Larsson for the opening night of the concert series on December 3.
More artists and official after-party names are still expected to be announced over the next few weeks. But access comes with one catch.
The after-race concerts are only available to Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders, so fans can’t buy a separate concert-only entry.

The Grand Prix Weekend Keeps Getting Bigger
According to race organisers at Ethara, last year’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix attracted around 339,000 attendees across four days.
Out of those, more than 136,000 people attended concerts and official after-parties connected to the event. And with Imagine Dragons joining the line-up this year, ticket demand probably isn’t getting any calmer.
