Strawfire Abu Dhabi To Host A Six-Hands MICHELIN Dinner Experience On THIS Night

If you love great food and even better stories behind every plate, this dinner will hit you right in the taste buds. Strawfire, already a MICHELIN Selected gem in the Abu Dhabi 2026 guide, is hosting a six-hands dinner that brings together three powerhouse chefs: Ross Shonhan, Abe Tomohiko, and Augusto Garcia.

Three Masters, One Table: A One-Night-Only MICHELIN Experience At Strawfire Abu Dhabi

Strawfire knows how to set a mood. The warm amber lights, the soft draped fabrics, and the sculptural details give the room an intimate, almost cinematic feel. It’s the kind of place where you slow down, breathe, and let the room prepare you for what’s about to hit the table.

This six-course tasting menu isn’t just “dinner.” It’s a conversation between three philosophies: the Japanese precision of Chef Abe Tomohiko, the bold Argentine spirit of Chef Augusto Garcia, and Chef Ross Shonhan’s mastery of warayaki, Strawfire’s signature flame-driven cooking technique.

A Night Full of Flavour, Fire, And Storytelling

The night kicks off at 7:30 pm with a welcome drink. Each AED 850 reservation also includes access to the MICHELIN Guide Food Festival Abu Dhabi for one day, held at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental.

The festival itself is a playground for anyone who enjoys good food without unnecessary fuss. You get a global tour on served on your plate in one go! There are showcases from Lazy Betty in Atlanta, Zonda Cocina De Paisaje from Mendoza, ťazal from Abu Dhabi, and Bord’Eau’ by Nicolas Isnard. Each one brings a different corner of the world to the festival’s tables.

And for younger food lovers, the festival has a surprise for you. From 21 to 23 November, kids can roll dough, whip chocolate, and craft their own pastries in hands-on masterclasses. These workshops will take place under the careful guidance of top chefs from Emirates Palace and Talea. At AED 135, tools and ingredients included, it’s a great way to spark a passion early.

So grab a seat at the table by booking it early or regret not being quick one.
