The Emirates Park Zoo & Resort has launched a fantastic and free shuttle service for residents and tourists. This is from the Al Wahda Mall in the emirate, and the aim is to make the visit more convenient for families, tourists, and residents. Yes, now operating a free shuttle service between the two destinations, here’s all you need to know about it.

Free Shuttle Service In Abu Dhabi

As a part of the year-long partnership between the zoo and the mall, a new free shuttle service has been introduced between these two places. It operates on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The shuttle runs on a fixed route between Al Wahda Mall. This is in the heart of the city and the Emirates Park Zoo & Resort. The latter is in Al Bahyah, which is on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi.

Operation Time Of The Route

Coming to the timings, on Fridays, the departure from the mall is at 2 PM and 5 PM, with the return trips from the zoo being at 4 PM and 8 PM. On the other hand, for weekends, the pick up is at 1 PM and 4:30 PM. While the return trip is at 4 PM and 8 PM. With there being clearly marked pick-up and drop-off points at both locations, it ensures easy access for the visitors.

Through the complimentary service, the aim is to make access to these two destinations more seamless and easier for families and tourists to visit. Offering a comfortable ride, the visitors can simply book the free shuttle after enjoying their shopping at the mall. Moreover, the free shuttle service is a part of the wider effort to make the emirate’s leading wildlife attraction more accessible.

Ras Al Khaimah Also Introduces Weekend Shuttle Service

Did you know that this development comes as a new weekend bus service was launched by Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority? Yes, it launched a new weekend public bus service, called the Yellow Route. It runs from Al Jazirah Al Hamr through the Al Marjan Island. And it goes all the way up to Jebel Jais, thereby linking residents and tourists to major hotels and key attractions. Operating from Friday to Sunday, the service started back in November and will continue until the end of April 2026.

Emirates Park Zoo & Resort is truly trying its best to ensure that residents and tourists have a great time and can travel easily.  So, one can be assured that they will be able to travel between different landmark destinations seamlessly.
