One of our favourite actors from the series is Rajesh Tailang playing the pivotal role of Ramakant Pandit. Rajesh Tailang Visited The Famous Bengali Market

Rajesh Tailang joined us on one of his free days and walked across the busy Bengali Market in Delhi. In this Tere Gully Mein episode, the Bandish Bandits actor visited famous restaurants, gorged on delicious feasts, and shared never heard before anecdotes about him. From sharing his dating days in this city to reminiscing about his memories of exploring the Bengali market, he revealed wonderful stories from earlier days.

The exploration began with walking on the busy lanes to head to Nathu’s Sweets. Rajesh and our host started the indulgent feast with Chole Bhature. He has been visiting this iconic eatery for many years. Chole Bhature, Chole Kulche, Papdi Chaat, and Dahi Chaat have always been his favourite orders.

Did you even explore Delhi without everyone’s favourite golgappa? The food fiesta continued with gorging on chatpata golgappa. Kuchh meetha ho jaaye? The next stop was Bengali Sweet House to indulge in mouth-watering Moong Dal Ka Halwa. “Sardiyon mein ye na jannat hai,” Rajesh shared while taking bites of this tasty dessert.

Next, Rajesh Tailang visited the famous Saravana Bhavan to savour scrumptious South Indian delicacies. The actor prefers eating uttapam over idli and dosa. When at Saravana Bhavan, he loves Onion Uttapam, which he orders quite often.
