UAE astronaut Sultan AlNeyadi recently offered a mesmerizing glimpse into his extraordinary journey aboard the SpaceX Dragon Endeavour. In a captivating video shared on social media, he provided a final view of the International Space Station (ISS), which had been his celestial home for over six months. In his social media post, accompanied by the caption, “From the Dragon Endeavor, a final look at our space home the ISS. Unbelievable view! Have you already missed space like me?”, Sultan AlNeyadi beautifully conveyed the depth of his experience living in the celestial realm, surrounded by the vastness of the cosmos.
AlNeyadi, joined by NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Woody Hoburg, as well as Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev, made a triumphant return to Earth as their SpaceX Dragon Endeavour spacecraft gently splashed down off the coast of Jacksonville, Florida. This mission was marked by historic achievements, with AlNeyadi becoming the first Emirati astronaut to undertake an extended space mission and perform a spacewalk.
