Air India has made headlines recently on more than one front. From delayed flights to subpar service, social media is rife with customers complaining about the airline. As it turns out, the situation isn’t much better for the Air India crew either. Someone recently shared a couple of pictures of the accommodation that the crew of the airline were given. This has sparked considerable outrage among people against the airline.

Photos Of Accommodation Given To Air India Crew Go Viral

According to a post recently made on X (formerly known as Twitter), Air India gave their crew subpar accommodation during a flight layover. The post had two pictures of shabby and poorly-maintained rooms and a long caption about it.

The rooms looked musty and lacked proper amenities. The user wrote that if the airline wanted to be world-class, then this is not the way the fatigued crew members must be treated. This was after hunting for accommodation for more than four hours, the user, specified.

The user who shared the picture does not work at Air India and is not a part of the crew. Many people were suspicious of the truth of the situation as the source was not known. However, those who believed it criticised the airline for not doing the needful.

Here Is What Netizens Had To Say About The Situation

Many Netizens were peeved at how shabby the accommodation was. One commenter stated that maybe the airline is competing with IRCTC in setting the bars too low. Another commenter sarcastically wrote that at least the mattress is floral.

Many others were simply outraged by the incident and demanded an explanation. There were some commenters who lamented its fall from grace. Many pointed out that the company used to be a glorious one but now, it is as if their standards have dropped.

A couple of people even said that maybe they were trying to save themselves from firing employees, they were doing this so employees would quit themselves.
