Cafe Akasa, the onboard meal service of Akasa Air, is ready to celebrate International Yoga Day by introducing a special wellness meal at 35,000 feet in the air. The thoughtfully curated offering includes a nourishing Sattvik salad, sweet potato halwa and a beverage of choice. This ‘Yoga Day meal’ aligns with the core values of yoga, promoting mindfulness and holistic health. Designed to soothe the mind, the meal follows the principles of ‘Sattvik cuisine’, which are pure, simple and life-enhancing.
