All The New Routes Akasa Air Is Flying To This Festive Season!

Akasa Air is India’s newest airline and claims to be a low-cost, tech-driven, and youthful airline. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s Akasa  first flight was between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.  The  low-cost airline is offering is launching new flights to make travel easy during the festive season. This festive season, Akasa Air is all set to fly  new routes and connect  these new cities.

If you are planning to fly travel this festive season, then Akasa Air is the perfect option for you. The airline is planning to launch new routes this upcoming festive season. On 10th September, the airline commenced its operations on the Chennai-Bengaluru route which makes the state capital the fifth city on its network. On September 26, the airline is all set to begin the Chennai-Kochi route operations, along with the introduction of two daily flights on the Chennai-Bangalore route. Akasa Air will also win you over with its delicious in-flight menu.

The company’s statement read “Further expanding its operations from Chennai, the airline will commence one additional daily flight from September 15 on the Mumbai-Chennai route and will add an additional daily flight on the Bengaluru-Chennai route from September 26.”

Airlines Plan For Expanding Its Connectivity

Akasa Air’s co-founder Praveen Iyer said that from 10th September, it plans to offer double-daily flights in each direction on this new route. According to the airlines, a new route between Chennai and Kochi will begin operating on September 26 as the company’s efforts to improve connectivity across India. These swift growth in cities, routes, and frequencies are consistent with the airlines’ intention. That is to expand their network across the nation gradually but quickly.
