The Delhi to Shimla flight services which were scheduled for September 6, 2022, didn’t take off due to bad weather conditions. Alliance Air announced in a recent statement that flight services from the national capital will restart on September 26, 2022. This will boost tourism in Shimla. Alliance Air services aim to connect the metro cities to the closer tier 2 and 3 cities to make travel convenient for passengers.

According to a statement by Alliance Air, the flight services from Delhi to Shimla is its maiden regional route connecting both places. The flights will begin operating from September 26, 2022, onwards daily. Further, Alliance Air has also announced the prices of the flights from Delhi to Shimla and back. A passenger will have to spend an amount of ₹2,141 in order to travel this route. The flights will be operating on a daily basis at 7.10 am from Delhi to Shimla, while 8.50 am from Shimla to Delhi.
