Devotees all around India and abroad celebrated the grand inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22. From lighting diyas to doing puja, people enjoyed this special day with pomp and glory. Ahead of the consecration ceremony, the idol of Ram Lalla was placed inside the Ram Mandir on January 18. Ever since that day, pictures of the idol have been surfacing on social media platforms.

There Are More Idols Of Ram Lalla

Taking to the X (formerly Twitter) platform, Scart gamer (@Scartgamer01) shared a picture of the white marble idol.

The idol that we have seen being placed inside the sanctum sanctorum of the mandir is a black stone idol sculpted by Mysuru’s Arun Yogiraj. Pictures of this 51-inch-tall idol of Ram Lalla are making rounds everywhere, from social media to news channels to newspapers. Interestingly, there are two more idols of Lord Ram and these will soon be placed at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Both idols will soon be installed in two dedicated places inside the mandir.

One of these two idols of Ram Lalla is a white marble idol. Satyanarayan Pandey from Rajasthan sculpted the white marble idol of Ram Lalla, according to a report by NDTV. The artist adorned the idol majestically by crafting marble to make clothes and golden jewellery. The deity is also carrying a golden bow and arrow.  There is also an arch behind the idol with beautiful sculptures of Lord Vishnu’s incarnations.

This is all the information about the white marble idol that has been shared. According to reports, the deity might be placed on the first floor of the Ram Mandir. This idol looks extraordinary with exceptional sculpting details and exquisite intricacies. As of now, pictures of the black stone idol and white marble idol have been shared only.
