The International Dates Conference and Exhibition 2024 is taking place for its 5th edition and is happening under the theme ‘World of Dates’. As it happens, AlUla Dates have also been featured in this exhibition! In fact the Royal Commission for AlUla has been showcasing 12 farms from AlUla!
2. Abu Dhabi Sports Championship For Schools & Universities Launched

It was recently announced that the fourth Abu Dhabi Sports Championship has been launched for schools and universities. Yes, this will be taking place from November to May 2025. Not to mention, it will encourage students to explore different types of sports, uphold the values of sportsmanship, and even develop new skills.
3. First Excellence in Mosque Management Competition Launched

Recently the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai launched the first Excellence in Mosque Management Competition in the region. Yes, this is a competition that aims to create a global model for excellence. They plan to do so by enhancing service quality, sustainability, and facility readiness in mosque management.

4. Ushuaïa Dubai Makes Changes
After the Adriatique gig, the super club has made some major changes. Yes, their payment wristband system, which would require top-ups and manual refunds, they have now been removed. This move has been made to ensure there are quicker-moving queues. Additionally, they have also installed new restrooms at the venue.
5. New York’s First Soccer Park Named Etihad Park

The first-ever soccer park in New York has now been named Etihad Park. Yes, the new home of NYCFC is sitting in the heart of Willets Point. Expected to open before the 2027 Major League Soccer season, this park can seat 25,000 spectators at a time. Did you know this is New York’s first all-electric sports stadium?
