Surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque views of the mountains, the glass-covered hotel built high in the air looks absolutely breathtaking. We can only imagine how serene and mesmerising the ambiance and views are from here. Anand Mahindra shared how he would have praised and marvelled at this stunning design but its location is a bit distressing.
Monsoon season and heavy rainfall have literally swept so many places all around the world. The impact of the massive downpour led to damages, destruction, and even death. Every day we are coming across such devastating news from different places across the world. So many places in India are going through a harsh time now. In between all such unfortunate happenings and the unpredictable consequences of the climate, the Mahindra Group chairman shared that he is unsure about signing up for a stay at this property.

I will not either, given the way this structure looks. However, if proper construction code is followed, yes.
Living in earthquake-prone area (lot more dangerous than rains), newly homes here can/have withstood earthquakes upto 6 on Richter scale, without any significant damage.
