Andhra Pradesh Government Launched These Tourist Police Stations Recently
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated new tourist police stations in different districts of the state. The CM launched these 20 police stations virtually on Tuesday at the prominent tourist attractions of the state. The virtual launch was conducted from the Camp Office in Amaravati. From religious temples to many more destinations are coming under this list of stations.

These police stations are launched in so many places all around the state to help all the visitors with their complaints and will function as extra police stations in Andhra Pradesh.
Who Will Run These Police Stations?
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister shared that specially trained police officials and personnel will be running these stations. Along with them, a Sub Inspector or Assistant Sub-Inspector will also be heading these tourist police stations. Evert station will be having 6 personnel, both men and women.
While launching these police stations virtually and talking with the officials, the CM also recommended that the contact numbers of officers should be properly mentioned at these places. The state government hopes that this new change will boost tourist footfall there with such an improved security system at all the important tourist places. Police stations at important places increase security to a high extent and also tourists will get officials in case of any issues at any place.

- Bhavani Island
- Mypadu Beach
- Sri Penusila Lakshmi Narasimha Swami temple
- Mahanandi temple
- Ahobilam temple
- Raghavendra Swamy temple

- Lepakshi temple
