That Anupam Kher has a gift for acting is proven through the upwards of 540 movies that he has done in his long and illustrious career. It is therefore fitting that he pays it forward by opening his own acting school. We were lucky enough to visit his institutions and get a few lessons from the man himself.
He gave us a quick tour of the place. Almost everywhere you looked, the walls were adorned with memorabilia of his life. From a suit that he once wore in a play to all the awards and accolades that he has been graced with over the course of his long tenure.
Touring through the school was like touring through the corridors of his past life. It is obvious that regularly looking at items that belong to his past brings Anupam ji a great deal of joy.

After talking at length about acting, his past and his passion for work, we took Anupam Kher to Shifuku By Curly Tales in Andheri for some lip-smacking Asian cuisine. There we got to know a bit more about his philosophy of life.
