In this Indo-Korean fusion style Tere Gully Mein episode, we roamed around the streets of Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali in Mumbai with none other than talented actor Anushka Sen. With shows like Jhansi Ki Rani and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi in her kitty, the young celebrity is a star to reckon. Our girl has gone international as the Honorary Ambassador of Korean Tourism. On our show she revealed her favourite spots from her second home, Korea.

Anushka Sen Loves Visiting Namsan Seoul Tower In South Korea

While devouring Bingsu at HighCha with our host, Megha, Anushka Sen told her that it reminds her of Korea. The actress described the Bingsus in Korea as “giant”, served in massive bowls. South Korea is known for this shaved ice dessert that comes in a variety of flavours like red bean, Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, vanilla and more. We grabbed hold of the opportunity and had to ask her about some of her favourite places in South Korea.

“My go-to place in South Korea is Namsan Seoul Tower as it offers panaromic views of the entire city,” says Anushka. She adds: “I have been there during three different seasons. I’ve visited the tower during autumn, spring and cherry blossom season. It’s magical. ” Her eyes lit up while talking about N. Seoul Tower. We asked her if she visited the love lock bridge where couples lock their love locks to the railings of the roof terrace. To this she asks, “Kiske saath karungi?” (Who do I tie love locks with?) She certainly left us cracking with her candidness.

The fusiontastic day also entailed street food hopping to try out Gochujang Dosa, Korean Ramen and Bubble Tea. To cap off a perfect Korean day out, we had to head to the KPose photo booth.
