It is a two-day celebration of wellness, creativity and conscious living, and it is coming to Dubai for the first time. Produced by Marquee Global Events Co., the festival is spread across 10 themed arenas and promises more than 100 curated experiences, with over 50 wellness voices leading sessions. The idea is simple: step away from the usual pace and reconnect with yourself, your friends or your family.

It is not an adults-only affair either. Individuals, families and children are all welcome, so you can turn up solo or bring the whole group. Whether you come to move, learn, shop or simply switch off, there is something on the schedule for you.

What Can You Expect?

Recovery and movement

The wellness line-up is the big draw. Expect high-energy workouts, guided meditation, breathing sessions and holistic workshops. For the recovery crowd, there are cold plunges in ice baths, red-light therapy sessions and compression therapy aimed at easing tired muscles.

Music and creativity

A conscious music stage will host live, laid-back sets, while mindful listening sessions take you through a more immersive sound experience. When the sun goes down, a dance floor turns the evening up a notch. Prefer something hands-on? Creative workshops working with mixed materials and textures are on the schedule too.

Shopping, food and family time

An outdoor marketplace brings together conscious brands and boutique artisans, with interactive booths that tell the stories behind local craftsmanship. Organic food stations will serve nutritious plates, and dedicated children’s arenas will keep younger visitors busy.

Tickets And How To Book

Tickets range from AED 75 to AED 350 and are on sale through Platinumlist. The festival runs across both days at Zabeel Park, and the official listing is the best place to confirm gate timings before you head over.

Getting there is straightforward: from Sheikh Rashid Road (D75), follow the signs for Za’abeel Park. Book ahead, pick your arenas in advance, and expect a good chunk of the day to disappear in the best way. Whichever way you plan it, it’s a rare chance to trade the weekend rush for something calmer.

If your idea of a perfect weekend involves an ice bath followed by a live set, mark 14 November in the calendar.
