Love Nutella but scared of the calories? Fret not. Chef Saransh Goila has come up with a healthier version of Nutella and he is calling it ‘Sau-tella’. Ask about the best part, you can easily make this spread at home with just 5 ingredients- dates, peanut butter, cocoa, salt and water. To make Sau-tella, you will need 1 cup of dates, half a cup of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of water. That’s all. You need to blend these together into a fine paste in a mixer and voila, your healthy Nutella is ready!

Posting the video of the recipe, Saransh Goila writes, “Sau-tella. Nutella ka healthier bhai. When I’m craving a chocolate spread almost everyday I make a jar and keep in the fridge. Don’t get me wrong I do love Nutella but Sautella humare ghar mein zyada popular hai because health bhi aur taste bhi.” In the video, he calls the Sau-tella “DELISHAAS!”. Goila adds that it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks and can be enjoyed guilt-free.
