‘Papad Aglio e Olio’. He revealed that when he saw people making chips with pasta on social media he wondered, why not make pasta with papad! Since cooking has no bounds, the chef challenged himself and prepared this pasta for lunch. Chef Goila loved it and wanted to share this Papad Pasta recipe with everyone.

Papad Lasagna Is Leaving The Internet Confused

After taking internet by storm with his papad pasta, the celebrity chef is back again making lasagna with papad. He took to Instagram to share a Reel, where he boild papad for 60 seconds and transfers to ice water. He then takes the papad and places it as the base in container. The papad is then layered with toppings, cheese, pasta sauce and baked.

Papad Aglio e Olio Can Be Made At Home With Simple Ingredients

The detailed video of Chef Saransh Goila preparing the pasta was shared on July 26. It went viral on social media, garnering over 28,000 likes and several reactions. In the video, he first cuts thin strips of papad and boils them. He strains it and keeps it aside. Next, he tosses chopped garlic, red pepper flakes and herbs in olive oil.
