Arshad Warsi Can Cook These Dishes & He Calls Them Food Of Death; Here’s Why

Curly Tales and actor Arshad Warsi finally found the ‘W’ in Goa, IYKYK! We were in Goa to catch the stunning scenic landscapes, savour delectable food and talk endlessly on this exciting episode of Tere Gully Mein. Even before all of that, they stumbled upon the ‘W’ but there was no khazana underneath it! They had a good laugh about this as it was a callback to his 2007 film, ‘Dhamaal’.

Arshad Warsi Can Cook These Delicious Dishes

After talking about Arshad’s lovely home in Goa, we diverted the conversation to food, of course. We learned that the actor is a fantastic cook and would love to whip up a scrumptious meal for Curly Tales at his Goan home. We are looking forward to it!

Kamiya wanted to know about his specialities and the actor had a list of tasty non-vegetarian dishes. He began by mentioning Raan Biryani and his special recipe has an Arabian touch to it. He talked about Haleem and Keema dishes. All in all, he summed it up perfectly by saying, “I like hardcore stuff which I call the food of death!”

He specified that the food he cooks might somewhat be called “maut ka khana” as it is quite rich in masala and oil. Arshad said, “Khao aur aap ek mahine baad marr jaoge,” before making everyone laugh.

All the foodies out there know that the most appetising food in the world is overflowing with oil and masalas. Indians especially can’t let go of their love for various spices that are incorporated into our cuisine. So, as Arshad says, it is the “food of death!”

He explained to us that he enjoys eating the chicken skin and the soft meaty portions which are unlike the chicken we eat nowadays.

The ‘Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.’ actor mentioned that he specifically likes to relish this chicken dish made by the locals of Kamshet. Kamiya recalled her time in his village in Maharashtra and added that she also adored this particular dish. Have you ever tried Chicken Gauti?
