China’s Hangzhou is all set to host the upcoming Asian Games 2023. Athletes from different sports and different Asian countries are gearing up to participate in various events and compete against their opponents. India is participating in the continental multi-sport event in many sports such as cricket, football, volleyball, lightweight double sculls, quadruples sculls, 10m air rifle, and many more.
Here’s All You Need To Know About India’s Schedule In Asian Games
Here are some glimpses of the preparations shared by the Olympic Council of Asia (@AsianGamesOCA) on the X (formerly Twitter) platform.
India’s first participation in the event will start before the opening ceremony on September 23, 2023, according to a report by First Post. September 19 will mark the inaugural day of the Asian Games and India will compete against Cambodia in Men’s Volleyball and play against China in Men’s Football.
