Atlantis, The Palm To Credit Back Cost Of Covid-19 PCR Test To All Guests

Dubai is slowly getting back to welcoming tourists while keeping all the safety protocols in mind. Atlantis, The Palm To Give Back The Test Costs In-resort Credit

Atlantis, The Palm will cover the cost of guest’s departure Covid-19 PCR tests when they stay for five nights or more at the hotel. Travellers across the world are required to take the test before entering the Emirate, and the hotel has announced to refund the amount of the tests. It will give back full costs for two guests per room to spend as in-resort credit. The offer which is valid until April 30, 2021, can be spent on anything at the resort. From food to spa treatments or waterpark experiences, guests can spend the credit on anything they want.

About this new offer, Timothy Kelly, executive vice president and managing director at Atlantis, in an interview with The National, said,

“We are continuously evolving to meet the needs of our customers during this challenging time. We hope this will continue to reduce any travel inconveniences and encourage more guests from across the globe to visit Dubai’s entertainment destination.”

The Dubai-based Hotel Has Been Granted Safety Seal Of Approval By the Government

In terms of safety standard, the world-famous hotel has been granted the internationally certified safeguard label by Bureau Veritas. It has also got the safety seal of approval by the Dubai government – the Dubai Assured stamp.

However, this is not the first time that the hotel is offering something like this to its guests. A few months ago, Atlantis, The Palm started offering free covid-19 PCR test for all international guests who stay for five nights or more in the hotel. The hotel has partnered with a local clinic to offer guests the test without having to leave the resort.
