Atlantis The Palm Offers Free Covid Test

Atlantis, The Palm is offering free covid-19 PCR test for all international guests who stay for five nights or more in the hotel. The new rule applies to all international bookings made until December 18, 2020.

The hotel has partnered with one of the leading hospitals to conduct the tests. The result will be available within 24 hours. Guests can maximise their leisure time without the need to disrupt their vacation with a visit to a hospital or clinic.

Passengers Departing From Dubai Must Take A Covid test

All passengers travelling back from Dubai to UK, Europe and other destinations must take a COVID-19 PCR test. The test must be done no more than 96 hours before departure and a print out must be submitted at check-in. Children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability are exempt from this test. However, guests checking into Atlantis, The Palm can rest assured that the team at Atlantis will make all the necessary arrangements for a seamless and safe departure with each guest staying five nights or more receiving free testing from an authorised medical facility.

However,  Abu Dhabi Residents No Longer Need Entry Permit To Return To The UAE. Only passengers who carry the Covid negative certificate will be permitted to fly. Travellers must print the results and submit the same during check-in. Similarly, Air India Express issued a notice to its passengers departing from Abu Dhabi. Travellers leaving Abu Dhabi via Air India Express need Covid-19 negative test result within 96-hours of departure.

Speaking about the latest development, Timothy Kelly Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Atlantis Dubai, said: “We are continuously evolving to meet the needs of our customers during this challenging time. Using our on-site medical centre, the new PCR tests will help to reduce any travel inconveniences and encourage more international guests to visit Dubai’s premier entertainment destination.”

All international guests are advised to check the requirements of the country they are travelling to before they travel, with certain countries needing a COVID-19 PCR test before departure.
