Jubail Island Investment Company hardly needs any introduction to the people living in Abu Dhabi. And now, it has introduced Bada Al Jubail, which is going to be an exclusive seaside community. Featuring luxurious mansions on Jubail Island, the development is valued AED4 billion and it spans over 446,000 m² of land. We are here to tell you all about the upcoming development.

Boasting 8 km of beachfront, Bada Al Jubail was recently launched by Jubail Island Investment Company in Abu Dhabi. It will feature residential plots, which will be ranging from 2000 m² to 6000 square metres. In a report by Economy Middle East, it was mentioned that there are nine different types of mansions that will be available for people. These will range from 1,100 m² to 3,000 square metres.

What All Amenities Can You Expect At This Island?

As it happens, it is particularly perfect for people who are looking for exclusive and top-notch amenities. Complete with the range of amenities for residence, this will also include a dedicated 30-yacht marina. Additionally, there will be a variety of water sports experiences and a bunch of other facilities. Yes, there will also be a yacht club, a cigar bar, cycle tracks, a members’s lounge, and jogging parts. Not to mention, there will obviously be a wellness centre and a spa along with a fitness studio and a kid’s club.

Once complete, residents of Bada Al Jubail will also get access to several amenities on the island. This will include private schools, beach clubs, restaurants, 1.4 million square metres of parks, retail destinations, and spaces.
