The Black Gold Museum, a unique venue that uses art to examine the effects of oil on the world, has opened in Riyadh. The museum, which is housed at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Centre, has more than 350 pieces of art from more than 170 artists in 30 different countries. It is an immersive experience that combines historical, cultural, and contemporary viewpoints. The four sections: Encounter, Dreams, Doubts, and Visions. It offers visitors an understanding of how oil shapes societies, economies, and future discussions.
2. Parking And Salik Services Affected Due To Dubai RTA App & Website Server Issue
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai has reported brief technical problems with its website and app, interfering with important services like bookings, vehicle registration, parking payments, and Salik recharge. Users reported missing data and unsuccessful login attempts on various platforms. In addition to advising drivers to use SMS or solar parking machines as alternatives, RTA stated that teams are working to resolve the problem. As per the Gulf News, the full service restoration timeline has not yet been disclosed.
3. The Diriyah Grand Mosque Links Riyadh To The Wadi
The new Grand Mosque in Diriyah combines traditional Najdi architecture with modern design. It connects the city life of Riyadh to the historic Wadi Hanifah. X Architects designed the mosque, which has courtyards, shaded walkways, and open plazas that lead visitors from the city to places of worship according to the Cairo Scene. It can hold more than 11,000 people and is also a place for events and gatherings in the community. The mosque is in the larger Diriyah cultural district and is a good example of how to balance heritage, the environment, and modern city life.
4. The U.S. Embassy In Bahrain Lifts Shelter Advisory
The U.S. Embassy in Manama has lifted its “shelter in place” warning, but it still tells Americans in Bahrain to be careful because of tensions in the area. According to Arab Times, people are told to stay safe, have the things they need on hand, and do what local authorities say. Routine consular services are still not available, but limited emergency services are available by appointment. The embassy also warned of potential threats to U.S. interests and encouraged citizens to avoid protests, update their documents, and stay enrolled in the STEP program.

5. Kuwait Verifies Good Air Quality And Requests Public Monitoring
According to Kuwait’s Environment Public Authority, the nation’s air quality is still good, with pollution levels well below national averages. There are no health risks associated with the low levels of petrol and particulate emissions found at monitoring stations in places like Rumaithiya and Fahaheel. In an effort to increase environmental awareness and transparency, officials are urging locals to use the online platform to track real-time air quality, view historical data, and stay informed through weather-based guidance.
