Brik Oven, Bangalore’s favourite pizzeria and Ulo— known for their handmade ice creams— teamed up to tantalise the taste buds of city dwellers. The result? A unique dessert like no other.
Bangalore’s First Ice Cream Pizza Is Here!
Launched on 18th August, Brik Oven and Ulo have come together to captivate the hearts of pizza aficionados and ice cream enthusiasts alike with Bangalore’s first Ice Cream Pizza. Named Double D’oh Delight, this dessert pizza gives you the best of both worlds.
This limited-edition dessert pizza has a crumbly base made of buttery cookie dough crust. It’s then layered with a creamy cookie dough ice cream. The Double D’oh Delight has special toppings like “Pepperoni slices” made of cookie dough and “Olives” made of cookie butter ganache.
From fighting over the last pizza slice with your sibling to slurping ice creams with BAE, these two dishes are special. Looks like Bangalore’s new dessert is also best enjoyed over great company and even better conversations.

Brik Oven & Ulo Collaborate To Create This Dessert
Sreeram Anvesh, Co-founder of Brik Oven revealed that to bring this dessert to life they needed to experiment for a while. Calling it a playful take on desert pizza, he expressed that he can’t wait for everyone to dig in and enjoy this dessert. Vinod Joe, Partner at Ulo describes it as a fun challenge to create a dessert that blends Ulo’s curiosity with Brik Oven’s delight. He called Double D’oh Delight, a match made in heaven for new culinary experiences in Bangalore. Vinod looks forward to more exciting collaborations.
