The passion for comic books, manga, anime, and superhero movies is stronger than ever in India, where pop culture fans’ enthusiasm has reached previously unheard-of levels. Comic Con India, the biggest celebration of pop culture in the subcontinent, is about to create a lot of buzz. Bengaluru Comic Con 2023 promises to be an exciting three-day event.
Bengaluru Comic Con Is Back!
The 11th edition of Bengaluru Comic Con 2023 is rapidly approaching, and comic book fans can expect to see some of the biggest names in the world of pop culture as well as notable Indian labels that have been thrilling us with amazing tales for ages! In an exclusive partnership with Marvel Comics, Maruti Suzuki Arena is pleased to host Bengaluru Comic Con 2023, powered by CrunchyRoll. Each guest will receive a copy of the Spiderman-India (No. 1 Issue) comic book.
Comics are highlighted in a big way at the event. They will feature international artists like Dan Parent and Zach Stafford and international pro-cosplayer Brittani Ginoza. Many up-and-coming Indian publishing houses and artists, including Indusverse, Holy Cow Entertainment, Happy Fluff, Hallubol (Rahil Mohsin), Garbage Bin, Corporate Comics, Bakarmaxx, Art of SAVIO, Prasad Bhat, and Abhijeet Kini, will be present.
The largest international comic book store at Bengaluru Comic Con will be hosted by Penguin Random House India, marking a first for the occasion and featuring books from Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, IDW, Image, Kodansha, and many more publishers. The Arena (in collaboration with The Esports Club) will also be present at the highly anticipated event on November 17 and 19.

Along with a host of other interesting events for everyone who attends, this 50,000-square-foot gaming stadium will include popular streamers, daily tournaments, and Esports.
Comics, Music, Movies And More
According to Jatin Varma, Founder of Comic Con India, they are dedicated to giving fans the best possible experience. This is why they decided to extend Bengaluru Comic Con to three days. Further, they hope to deliver even more captivating information, exhilarating experiences, and memorable moments as we carry on the history of uniting the lively pop culture community. With lots of new features and surprises in store for guests, this year’s event promises to be a convergence of fans, creators, and artists.
In addition, several notable Japanese publishers and panellists will be present at Comic Con India. Including Amar Chitra Katha, Raj Comics, and Kodansha. These will be followed by musical performances by Geek Fruit, Shah Rule, Afsar, and many other incredible artists, and standup shows by Azeem Banatwala, Rohan Joshi, Sahil Shah, and Nirmal.
Warner Bros Pictures India will offer exclusive experiences for movie buffs of Willy Wonka and Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom. Bengaluru audience will get to engage in enthralling events at The Arena, the largest Esports venue in India! In addition to LEGO’s Comic Con India Debut! plus a lot more. Pop culture enthusiasts are being urged to go shopping for a whole lot of brands during the event. They include Boat, RedWolf, Bewakoof.com, Kids Street, Topps, Nerd Arena, and Celio.
