Her curiosity to understand how “technology is utilised to fuel the supply end” of businesses like Swiggy turned her into a delivery partner for the company for a day! And she observed and learned quite a few things during her time as a Swiggy delivery agent. She then took to LinkedIn to share her experience and her post grabbed the attention of many netizens.
In her detailed post, Namrata gave an insight into the decision-making process of agents regarding order acceptance, the systematic workflow post-order confirmation, remuneration structures, and more. She even shared screenshots of her earnings and delivery progress throughout the day.
Referring to herself as ‘she’ in the entire post, Namrata shared how she planned her delivery routes. She further mentioned that the Swiggy app helped her take note of her delivery destination and earnings. She even mentioned that the app helps agents with comprehensive information for seamless execution. Namrata even talked about the verification measures such as delivery code and uploading a picture in the Swiggy uniform to help streamline operational efficiency.
