The debate of “Which is a better city between Delhi and Mumbai?” is a never-ending discussion and looks like it is here to continue for years as well. Ever wondered who is the perfect person to respond to this question? Well, Tulsi Kumar, our guest on this episode of Sunday Brunch juggles her life between Mumbai and Delhi. We do not think there’s anyone better than her to express her thoughts and opinions about these Indian cities.
Tulsi Kumar Revealed What She Likes About Delhi And Mumbai
On this Sunday Brunch episode, our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani was invited to Tulsi Kumar’s opulent mansion in Greater Kailash, Delhi. As someone based in Delhi and working in Mumbai, the singer is juggling between these two cities and she shared her views about both these world-famous places with us.
Though Tulsi was born in the national capital, she completed her schooling in Mumbai. Next, she shifted to her janam bhoomi for college. Shifting between cities has been an oscillating journey as she mostly travelled between these cities for her education and profession. After college in Delhi, she spent time in Mumbai for her music career. After a few years, she got married and settled in Delhi’s Greater Kailash.
Due to her personal life in Delhi and professional life in Mumbai, she is hopping between these places a lot. Though she tries to spend a lot of time at her home, she stays about 10-12 days in Mumbai in a month. Rest, she lives with her family at her palatial property in Greater Kailash.
“I Am A Delhi-Mumbai Mix,” Said Tulsi
While sharing about living and hopping between these cities, the singer shared how she likes to say Delhi is her Janam Bhoomi and Mumbai is her Karma Bhoomi. Isn’t this an interesting perspective? While playing a fun game on this Sunday Brunch episode, she selected Delhi over Mumbai for better food, fashion, shopping, weather, and showing off.
Even being a true-hearted Delhiite, our guest chose Mumbai’s pani puri over Delhi’s famous gol gappa.
