The TMZ report states that the listing price of the mansion owned by Beyonce and Jay-Z was $295 million. The A-list couple purchased the home designed by Tadao Ando for $200 million. Tadao Ando is a renowned Japanese architect. Bill Bell Jr was the owner of this house before selling it to Beyonce and Jay-Z.
