- After finding your preferred train, click on the option ‘Book Now’.
- Mention all the necessary details on the website such as the name, age, gender, food choice, and berth preference.

- Then you need to put the verification code and the mobile number. You will receive a booking and cancellation free SMS.
- Follow these steps and then enter the ‘Continue’ option. A page will arrive on the screen with all the details and the ticket price.
- If everything is perfect for you, then continue the process to the Payment part. Tap on the ‘Pay and Book’ option and complete the step.
- As soon as you complete the payment step, you will get a text of Virtual Reservation Message on your mobile number that you mentioned in the Passenger Reservation Form. You will also see a confirmation page on your screen. And, you will receive mail on your registered mail ID too.

You can book tatkal tickets a day prior to the journey date. You can cancel the confirmed tatkal tickets too but you won’t get any refund for that.
