If you’re excited about the bullet train launching in 2022, you would be glad to know that Indian Railways will be installing rotating seats and more!
What Is It?
So here’s another update for the Mumbai to Ahmedabad bullet train. It was announced by the Indian Railways that the bullet train will have special never-seen-before facilities like coffee machines in the train, washrooms and toilets for the specially-abled individuals, rotating seats and more.
Along with that, each bullet train will have 10 coaches – one business class coach and nine economy coaches. Apart from offering high speed rides to the passengers, the bullet train will have a variety of amenities for the passengers that haven’t traveled in Indian Railways before.

What Else?
70 trains will be running to and fro combined carrying 40,000 passengers each day. The business class coach will have leg rests, luggage space and staff rooms including refrigerators, boiling water, tea maker, coffee maker and hand towel warmers.
What will be the best part? Women and men to have different set of toilets. The women will also have separate breastfeeding cabins with a foldable bed and baggage racks.
