The Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, recently visited the Vibrant Sabarmati Riverfront Flower Show Ahmedabad 2024. The event began towards the end of last year and will continue till January 15. After visiting the event, the PM shared a host of mesmerising and beautiful pictures online to share glimpses of the show. Recently, PM Modi visited the Ahmedabad Flower Show happening in Gujarat at the Sabarmati Riverfront. This vibrant flower show showcases intricately crafted replicas of many landmark achievements made by India over the past few years.

PM Modi shared a slew of pictures on X (formerly known as Twitter) and some highlights and glimpses from the event. In the pictures, he was seen observing the instalments which were all made from a host of different colourful flowers.

Installations of replicas of the Modhera Sun Temple as well as Chandrayaan-3 were also spotted in the pictures. To put a fine point on it, the flower show really was true to its name and was incredibly vibrant.

The flower show was inaugurated by the CM, Shri Bhupendra Patel, on December 20, 2023. The event features more than 15 lakh exotic flowers of different varieties like Amaryllis, Begonia, Cactus, Dahlia, Gazania, Gerbera, Lilium, Marigold, Orchid, Petunia and Torenia.

Replicas of the Statue of Unity, Olympic insignia, Seven horses and more were also showcased at the event.
