1. Chandon Sunshine Sangria

Ingredients:

  • Chandon Rosé
  • Belvedere Vodka
  • Cranberry
  • Orange Liqueur
  • Berries of your choice
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Take a cocktail shaker and add the above ingredients except for the berries and ice.
  2. Mix well and add it to your cocktail glass.
  3. Then, throw in a couple of fresh berries and ice cubes.
  4. Garnish it with colourful flowers and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka – 60 ml
  • Orange Juice – 30 ml
  • Pineapple juice – 30ml
  • Lime Juice – 22 ml
  • Coconut Milk
  • Dried Hibiscus – 2 gm

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, add the first four ingredients and mix well.
  2. Next, add coconut milk to it and mix it to milk wash. Here, the milk will curdle, trapping impurities from the concoction.
  3. After a while, strain the mixture in a glass to produce a clear liquid. This pure goodness has immense flavour sans any colour with a silky texture.
  4. Now add ice, garnish with dried hibiscus and enjoy.

3. Jameson’s JGL

Ingredients

  • Jameson – 45 ml
  • Ginger Ale
  • Lime
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Take a hi-ball glass and fill it with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Then, pour the liquor and top it off with ginger ale.
  3. Lastly, squeeze a lime wedge on top and stir.
  4. Garnish with a thick lemon wedge and serve.

4. Amalfi Settantacinque

Ingredients:

  • Malfy Con Limone – 25 ml 
  • Clementine Juice – 20 ml 
  • Simple Syrup – 15 ml
  • Lemon Juice – 20 ml
  • Perrier – Jouet NV Brut – 75ml
  • Lemon Twist and Star Anise – Garnish

Preparation:

  1. Take a shaker, add the first four ingredients and shake well.
  2. Then, double-strain it in a flute.
  3. Top it off with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist and star anise as desired. Enjoy!

5. Grant’s Blueberry Sour

Ingredients:

  • Grant’s Triple Wood – 60 ml
  • Blueberry Syrup – 30 ml
  • Lime – 20 ml
  • Dehydrated Lemon Wheels & Mint Sprigs – Garnish
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Take a cocktail shaker, add loads of ice cubes and then pour whisky, lime juice and syrup. Shake well.
  2. Take an Old-Fashioned Glass, put ice cubes as desired, and pour the concoction over it.
  3. Then, garnish it with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a mint sprig and enjoy!

6. Punch Fresco

  • Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve – 75 ml
  • Sugar Cane or Agave – 1 tsp
  • Watermelon Juice – 75 ml
  • Lemon & Mint Leaves
  • Tajin
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Take a cocktail shaker, add the first three ingredients and shake it well. 
  2. Take a glass, rim the edges with lime and then tajin.
  3. Now add ice cubes and pour the cocktail.
  4. Garnish with lemon and mint slices.

7. Feels Like Summer Mimosa

  • Chandon Brut
  • Orange Juice
  • Sweet Lime Juice
  • Grapefruit Juice
  • Basil Leaves – Garnish
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Take a glass, add all the liquids and stir well.
  2. Then, add ice cubes to it, garnish it with basil leaves and a slice of fresh orange and serve.
