Recipe For Masala Bhurji Pao
- Put 4 eggs in a bowl and sprinkle with salt while beating.
- Heat the pan to melt the butter. Add onions, green pepper, ginger, and garlic, and stir them for a while.
- Add turmeric and pav bhaji masala.
- Add tomatoes and salt to taste. The next step is to add eggs to the mixture.
- Garnish the eggs with coriander. Step 6: Heat the pan over low heat and add butter.
- Then spread the pav in a pan and make sure it’s crispy brown.
- Sprinkle the pav bhaji masala and garnish coriander.

- Add sausage, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
- Lower flame and add beaten eggs.
- When the eggs are half cooked, add the grated mozzarella cheese. Mix it up.
- Butter the pav and place it in the heated pan. Squeeze lightly so that the butter spreads evenly.
- When pav is golden brown add pepper, oregano, chili flakes, grated cheese, and coriander.
- Relish the pav with cheese bhurji.
