We love learning recipes from Farah Khan’s YouTube videos. Not only does her content show steps to prepare delicacies but also entertains us as well. This time, she was joined by Chef Sanjyot Keer. The chef taught Farah his viral recipe for pav bhaji.

Pav Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Kashmiri Red Chilli
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Jeera
  • Onions
  • Capsicum
  • Boiled potato
  • Boiled peas
  • Boiled cauliflower
  • Tomato
  • Boiled beetroot
  • Green chilli
  • Turmeric powder
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Pav

Follow These Steps For Bhaji: 

  • Start by making a fine paste of Kashmiri red chilli with some water.
  • Next, place a tawa on a gas and add oil and butter. Once the butter melts, temper jeera and add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, crushed boiled potatoes, boiled peas, boiled cauliflowers, tomatoes, boiled beetroot, and green chilli. Mix all the veggies.
  • Then, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, coriander powder, and salt.
  • Meanwhile, blend garlic and water to make a thin paste. Add some of this garlic paste and Kashmiri red chilli paste to the freshly cooked bhaji.
  • Mash all the vegetables nicely and keep adding water to adjust your desired consistency.
  • Once bhaji is cooked well, sprinkle some coriander leaves on top and serve hot.

Recipe For Yummy Pav:

  • Melt butter in a pan and add a little portion of red chilli paste and coriander leaves.
  • Slice pav in halves and coat them well in butter.

Serve pav bhaji with an extra dollop of butter, chopped onion, and chopped coriander leaves.
