Vikas Khanna’s Newest Restaurant In New York
Celebrity chef Vikas Khanna is known to don numerous hats. From judging MasterChef and directing films to owning a utensil museum and so much more; he is an exceptional being! While conversing about his new plans on this episode last year, we learned about his then-upcoming restaurant.
In March 2024, his newest and precious labour of love, Bungalow, opened its doors in New York. In one of his Instagram posts, he declared that this is now a tribute to his late sister Radhika Khanna. The culinary offerings at Bungalow are a tantalising affair of modern Indian cuisine. It is an unforgettable dining experience. Now, it is so popular that reservations are made months in advance!

Bungalow Was In The Works For 8 Years!
Without giving out too many details about this then-upcoming restaurant, Vikas told us that Bungalow has been in the making for eight years! He joked about how people criticise him for being too slow to create a restaurant from scratch. He had a solid answer for those people.
Vikas said, “Jab main ek photo bhi restaurent ki nikalunga, tab aapko lagega ki aath saal ki mehnat worth hai.” Further, he told us that the restaurant was making its debut during the Diwali festival. In our video, he urged people to visit New York on Diwali.
