Now, the airline has announced that it will be starting operations in 10 new destinations next year.

Etihad Airways Unveils 10 New Destinations

Etihad Airways recently announced that soon it will begin services to 10 new destinations from July 2025 onwards. These include the following cities –

Atlanta
Taipei
Medan
Phnom Penh
Krabi
Tunis
Chiang Mai
Hong Kong
Hanoi
Algiers

In case you’re wondering, according to a report of Khaleej Times it was mentioned that these new locations were selected due to a growing number of tourists and people from these places. As a result, it will become the sole non-stop flight for them, once the operations begin. For instance, in cities like Medan, which is located in the North of Sumatra there will be no other flights besides Abu Dhabi. As it happens, many flights have also been optimised in such a way that it connects to Europe.

Flight Services To Begin From July 2025

Cities like Tunis and Algeria will also benefit as there are many people who are living in the country from these places. Not to mention, for Tunis, the flights will begin on November 1 while for Algiers the service will begin on November 7. It is forecasted by the airline that 2025 will be the biggest year in its history.

So, with the airlines introducing new destinations, it is perfect for people from these countries who are residing in the UAE. Not to mention, if you happen to be someone who likes to travel and make new memories, you now have an option for easy flights from Abu Dhabi to many cities like Hong Kong, Taipei, and Krabi.
