Maintaining a healthy balance between work and life is necessary. Of course, it must be noted that not everyone has this luxury and many people have to work overtime just to make ends meet. Forbes Advisor has recently released a report which reveals cities with the best work-life balance. The study took into account various factors.

These include unemployment rates, gender inequality index ranking, average working hours, leaves (maternity as well as annual), the ratio between property price and income, proportion of remote and hybrid working vacancies, Nature reserves as well as parks per capita, sunlight hours, world happiness index ranking, etc.

Surprisingly, most of the cities in the top 10 list were in European countries. Copenhagen in Denmark topped the list, followed by Helsinki in Finland and Stockholm in Sweden. The only non-European country on the list is Auckland in New Zealand.
