Simple, they ask the pilot! We aren’t kidding. A passenger (who’s a cricket fan) on an IndiGo flight asked the crew about the cricket match score. Here’s what happened.

Passenger Asks IndiGo Crew For India-South Africa Cricket Match Updates

Twitterati, Vikram Garga, took to the microblogging site to share a heartwarming incident on an IndiGo flight. The cricket fan requested the IndiGo crew for a score update of the match between India and South Africa in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2022.  You’d be surprised to know what happened next.

Pilot Scribbles Score Update On Tissue Paper & Gives It To Fan

He received a score update from none other than the IndiGo pilot. The pilot scribbled the match score on tissue paper and sent it to the passenger. Vikram wrote in his tweet “India lost today but @IndiGo6E won my heart. Pilot sent a note mid air when requested for score update.” He posted a picture of the score update—SA 33/03, 6 overs, IND 133/9 — written on an IndiGo tissue paper.

Vikram Garga’s tweet since shared, garnered over 115 retweets and 975 likes. Netizens hailed the IndiGo pilot for the heartwarming gesture and called it epic. Others noticed how pleasant gestures on flights don’t get highlighted on social media. Instead, negative instances get amplified. IndiGo replied to Vikram Garga’s tweet. The airline stated “Hi. we’re glad to see this. We wish to see you on board soon again.~Vaishali”
